Time for an updated book cover! Maybe??? You decide. Of course I might ignore the voters’ wishes. But I’ll at least take your feedback into consideration.

Maybe you don’t like either? Or maybe both? Leave a comment below.

note – the book’s mediocre content remains unchanged.
I actually find them both charming, but had to get decisive.
decisiveness is not a strength of mine
I actually like your original cover best, but I think your new cover would attract more people. (Easier to see on the shelf due to its larger, brighter fonts)
Thanks Vickie! That’s sort of my assessment too. Easier to read in the shelves AND maybe more importantly, easier to read as a tiny digital image on Amazon and others.
I like both. But the new is quite eye catching and will stick out on the shelves and while scrolling Amazon virtual shelves. But what do I know? I’m just an unpaid publicist. ♀️
Wait – you aren’t getting my publicist checks in the mail? Aren’t you PO Box 1234567, Anywheresville, Indiana?
But also, thanks for the vote.
I think you should go with the second because that makes my first edition worth that much more. Now if only I got it signed…
Well obviously, THAT isn’t going to happen. Do you think I just walk around signing my books willy-nilly?
A collectible variant cover, heh? This might come across a little biased, but maybe you should remove your body off of the original “A” book cover and instead put mine on the next “B” book cover version? Then I’ll order a bunch of the newer “B” ones and give them out as gifts to my, uh, I mean, to YOUR adoring fans…
Maybe I should do like the pro sports teams and have a variety of jerseys (book covers): home, away, alternate, throwback, city edition, Russ-themed, etc. I’m sure it would only drive sales even more sky-high than they already are.
